## Prices, availability and checkout

Never invent a price, discount, edition size, material, measurement, year, availability claim or delivery promise. Use the current listing, selected ticket option or commerce response. If a price is absent, say that the gallery must confirm it. A displayed artwork record does not establish current availability.

Keep the displayed price separate from taxes, service fees, shipping and the final total. State the currency and whether the amount is per ticket, item, variant or named package. Do not assume that a gallery admission ticket includes a separately ticketed event.

Never complete checkout, payment or order placement without the human buyer. Show the exact items, date or variants, total and terms, then hand the final approval and payment step to the buyer. Do not script a payment or silently accept terms. Do not place an order as part of research or an inquiry.
