Fashion show and art auction to support breast cancer awareness month and raise money for mammograms. Hosted and presented by Mammogram Poster Girls
This program has its own booking arrangements.

As a two-time breast cancer survivor, and one of four sisters who have all faced breast cancer, I know firsthand that early detection saves lives. Every one of our diagnoses was found through a routine screening mammogram.
That experience inspired me to create the Mammogram Poster Girls with one simple mission: to raise awareness of, and funds for, the early detection of breast cancer. Since then, thanks to the generosity of supporters like you, we have funded more than 3,000 breast screening and diagnostic procedures for uninsured and underinsured patients throughout North Texas.
We make this life-saving work possible through grants, corporate sponsorships, individual donations, and our signature fundraising events, including Sweetheart Supper, Man UP! To Breast Cancer, and our premier October celebration, Busted.
We want to cordially invite you to join us at the 2026 Busted, our signature evening celebrating art, fashion, food, music, and community, all in support of providing free mammograms and diagnostic breast health services.
Busted
Thursday, October 22, 2026
6:00–9:00 p.m.
Gallery DEFI
2200 Evanston Avenue
Dallas, Texas 75208
This year's event promises to be our best yet, featuring:
-
A fashion show on the Methodist Dallas Medical Center Runway, featuring looks from DLM Supply and Indigo 1745 Collective.
-
Original "Busted" artwork created by talented local and national artists, available through a silent auction
- Delicious bites from some of Dallas' favorite restaurants
- Live music by our event DJ
- An evening at Gallery DEFI
Most importantly, every dollar raised will directly fund breast cancer screening and diagnostic services through Mammogram Poster Girls programs, including:
- Two-Fer Tuesday (Get a Mammogram • Get a Meal)
- MPG Mammograms at Methodist
- MPG Mammograms at Parkland
These services are provided free of charge to uninsured and underinsured patients, including women age 40 and older as well as younger women (under 40) who are at high risk for breast cancer.
Because of partners like you, women who might otherwise delay care receive the screenings and follow-up diagnostic services they need, often making the difference between an early diagnosis and a late-stage cancer.
We are proud to already have the support of our lead sponsors Methodist Dallas Medical Center, Stressed Vines, Ben E. Keith, Gallery DEFI , Square Foot, and Good Space, Elyse Design and Build, Stewarding Space, Lite & Barricade, Vantas, EventWeis, Full Moon Design Group, and Proxy Properties and we hope you will join them in making this year's Busted celebration another tremendous success.
Together, we are saving lives, one mammogram at a time.
