NEA Awards $30K Grant for "The World Is Ours" Installation at Fair Park

The National Endowment for the Arts awarded 11 grants totaling $330,000 to support arts projects across U.S. cities hosting FIFA World Cup 2026. One of those grants went to the City of Dallas for a public art installation Gallery DeFi had the opportunity to photograph: "The World Is Ours" by artist Risk Rock.

The sculpture will be installed at Fair Park on the same platform as the iconic Big Tex, coinciding with the site's role in hosting FIFA World Cup 2026 team activities and Fan Fest events.
