Story + details
Makerspace by Russell Whitmore II draws the viewer into an atmospheric artist’s studio where classical sculpture, painting, books, tools, and works in progress share the same charged space. Deep burgundy, charcoal, and verdant greens frame a layered scene of making, study, and transformation—an image that treats the studio not simply as a room, but as a living archive of ideas.
Across the composition, fragments of art history sit beside the practical evidence of creation: busts, palettes, papers, canvases, and figures absorbed in their work. The result is both intimate and cinematic, rewarding close looking with new details. Each print is signed and individually numbered by the artist within the edition of 50.
For long-term display, frame under UV-protective glazing and keep away from direct sunlight, high humidity, and moisture.
