The Artist
Kathryn Iklé (E-clay) is a Dallas, TX–based leader, consultant, mentor, speaker, creative, and versatile artist. She is also the co-host of The Well with Kat and Drew: The Source of Something Greater, a weekly podcast exploring identity, growth, faith, relationships, and the courage to live without filters.
With over 20 years of experience spanning UX, art, design, research, digital, marketing, agile, AI, product, innovation, and technology, Kathryn has built a strong reputation as a leader across both the creative and technology industries. She currently serves as Head of UX & Marketing for Third Entity, a business consulting and services firm, and Executive Director of the Collin County History Museum, McKinney, TX.
Kathryn holds a degree in Marketing & Art from the University of Memphis, certifications in Museum Studies and Civic Engagement from Harvard University, and a certification in Accessibility and Inclusive Design from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
A passionate advocate for the arts, Kathryn is deeply involved in the Dallas arts community. She serves as President of the Art Club of McKinney, TX, President of AIGA Dallas (American Institute of Graphic Arts), and is on the board of the Dallas Museum of Art League. She also serves on the board of the Dallas Arboretum Women’s Council, where she leads website initiatives to support their mission.
In addition, Kathryn is an active member of the Visual Arts Guild of Frisco, Arts Centre of Plano, Denton Greater Arts Council, TFII (Texas Fashion Industry Initiative), Dallas Society of Visual Communications, and Scottish Rite for Children’s Crayon Club.
Her award-winning artwork is included in permanent collections at The Shop Club in Dallas, TX, and the Art Center in Dover, NH. Her work has also been exhibited at galleries including the McKinney Art Gallery and Kettle Art Gallery in Dallas, TX, and is available through her online store at kathrynikle.com.
Kathryn is also an advocate for individuals who are blind or have low vision. She serves on the board of InSight Arts, a nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness of vision loss through art, education, and exhibitions created by and for the visually impaired. Her commitment to impact is reflected in her continued support of organizations that provide meaningful resources and access to underserved communities.
